Sorry I can't directly answer your question.

There are a limited number of batteries that fit watches and the quality of the battery is the most important to provide a good lifespan and be less likely to leak.

Anyone who regularly replaces watch batteries will instantly know which type fits so I suggest you visit your local friendly watch and clock repairer who will fit a quality battery and replace the O ring if needed and all for a nominal fee.
If local traders aren't used they will be lost.

you need to do this Shortcut the battery with AC contact. AC can be found on the sides of watch movement(very tiny). You have to use pointed tweezers: one end on battery+, another on AC contact for three secs

Take to Walmart , at jewelry counter . Tell them you need a new battery installed .
You buy their battery they will install it for you.

Stop panicking, please. If you lost the battery, that means your watch has been opened, so, read the movement number and submit here. Then Ill be able to give exact battery number.

Your watch case back (battery cover) actually lost it shape some how that's why it's not closing, it's need alignment,
which take lots of time try expert watchmaker hope you get it fix.
even thought it fix some time it's lost capability to keep your watch save from water.
