Try putting the unit in standby via the "SRC" button FIRST..., then press the menu button and cycle through to the "AUX 1" option and activate this....then press menu button again. When the unit is next switched on, you should have an "AUX" option accessible via the "SRC" button which will cycle through all of the availale modes ....standby-tuner-cd-aux etc etc.

People keep saying "press the menu button and cycle through to the "AUX 1" option " as do the instructions but when I 2cycle through" there is no AUX 1 option!!! That's the problem.

This is my problem too. I have no aux option in any of the menus. I dont understand how to fix this if there is no where saying aux or how to turn it on.

On my mp728 I had to choose the radio or cd source and then hold the volume button for a minute. The I scrolled through and turned "2 zone" on. Once I did this I was able to turn aux on in the main menu.

Just bought a Logik tv with integrated Freeview. I have sky+ and the TV plays from the Sky receiver but blocks all non freeview channels, for which I subscribe, how do I get the TV to play ALL the sky...

It sounds like you've just got the TV on the Freeview.

I presume your Sky+ is connected via a Scart Lead to an AUX Scart Input on the rear of the TV.

You need to change the TV from Freeview to the AUX Input, should be a button marked AUX.

If you can't figure out how to do it then please advise the Model of the TV and I'll try and talk you through it.

Trying to hook up my wii to an very old model phillips magnavox

I think you have two options here:

1-Maybe your TV aux input is the type where the AUX channel is before channel 2, or after whatever your highest channel number is. If so, you can access that AUX channel by either going channel UP or channel DOWN.

2-If that doesn't work, maybe it's worth the $5 for a cheap universal remote, that you can program, and thereby access the TV INPUT mode.

Hope this helps.

There is power to the console. We can hear the

Check the input cables coming from the Wii to the TV. Then check to see that your selecting that right Aux channel. On most remotes there is a source or input selection. Pressing this should cycle through all input channel selections. One input should be the Wii signal.

Using Aux Input in a Pioneer AVH-5700DVD

I'm not sure what aux input you're using - but be advised that if you've plugged your mp4 player directly into the RCAs in the back that won't work - those are outputs, not inputs.

You need to use a Pioneer CD-RB10 (or CD-RB20 if you're running a cd changer, XM tuner, or any other IP-bus component) in order to get an auxiliary input.

If you've done that - you need to go to the initial settings menu and set aux input to 'on'. Instructions are in this link, page 89.
