Printing borderless with the C652 - Konica Minolta bizhub C250 All-In-One Laser Printer

You can only print borderless from Tray 1.

Download your digital photo to your computer from a digital camera, email or the Internet. Save the photo to your hard drive to a folder that you can find later such as "Pictures."

Step 2Open your digital photo in a photo-viewing software. Click "Print" from your menu. Go to your printer properties to change your printer's "Page Setup." Access "Properties" through the "Preferences" or "Options" link in your "Print" dialog box. Many software programs have a default margin or border for photos; to print borderless photos, you'll have to remove the default margin.

No Borderless option for custom paper sized. Borderless prints are only available for pre-define paper size like 8.5"x11", 4"x6", 5"x7", 8"x10", etc.

This is application driven and you will need to set this up from your application or when you File / Print select the Print Preferences for the Dell 3010cn and then select borderless printing

You cannot do borderless printing with a toner/fuser based unit.
The printer needs a paper grip area and cannot print to the edge due to the fuser.

You print borderless by choosing that option in the print software, after choosing print, you go into printing preferences and choose borderless..

Downloaded following program for Vista and was able to print borderless pictures on Canoni9900

Also had ongoing problem of paper jams printing PDF files, but not when printing any other files. Solved both problems by uninstalling and reinstalling printer driver.

I had the same question. I found the answer at Canon's site but I can't link directly to the page so here's how I found the solution...
1. Go to the Canon Support site. 2. In the "Please enter your question field" type: How do I Print edge to edge? 3. Hit the "Search" button. 4. Click the #1 (top) search result "How do I Print edge to edge?" 5. Click the #1 (top) solution: "Use Borderless Printing (Mac OS X) MP600 6. Follow the directions.
It seems the main thing you need to do is go to the "Page Setup" dialog. Then make sure you've chosen the MP600 in the "Format for:" popup menu. Finally, in the "Paper Size:" popup, select "A4" then "A4 (borderless). It's a hierarchical menu.
FWIW I still haven't gotten a "perfect" borderless print. Seems you gotta get the paper in there exactly straight...

The paper size must be set to borderless in both the application (MS Word) and the printer driver. To set borderless printing in the application, follow the steps below.

1. Click File , then Page Setup .
2. In the Page Setup dialog box, click the Paper tab.
3. Under Paper Size, select the appropriate borderless paper size.

To select borderless printing in the printer driver, follow the steps below.

1. In the application, click File , and then click Print .
2. In the Print dialog box, click Properties , and then click the Paper/Quality tab.
3. Select the appropriate borderless paper size.

HINWEIS: Under Paper Type, you cannot choose plain paper and print borderless. Choose photo or brochure paper instead.
