Motorola Razr problems.

reinstall the software

From the manual, p. 31:
"BACKLIGHT
Set the amount of time that the display and
keypad backlights stay on, or turn off backlights
to extend battery life.

Find it: (on menu) > Settings > Initial Setup > Backlight"

check the battery terminals.it is just a lost contact.

Try Replacing the keypad. It's tricky to do exspecially on a GSM phone if you need directions how do do it email me at [email protected]. I need to know if it's a GSM or a CDMA phone before giving you directions. You can get cheap keypads off from ebay

you need to check and see if your keypad in settings is set to continuous if not set it to that.

just take the phone to a mobile center and have them replace the flexcable on the phone.

u dnt hav to wait for the batteries go dead..just remove the batteries..and the lights wud turn off..and abut the the batteries..i guess there is a malfunction..please check in wih ur moto service centre...all the best

you have to hold the button down until the light stays on then pair it with your phone... If that doesn't work try turning your phone off then back on and try it again.. Took me 20 minutes to get mine to work the first time

Hello, that is actually happening when the light that is on in the keypad. When its lit up, u will hear a slight humm. Its known as the keypad hiss amongst people in the know. That is the part that motorola used that makes the sound. its a very common thing. It was the first time motorola used that type of LED in the keypad flex. Hope that helps. Only way around it is to turn off the keypad light.

check the memory status of your mobile, if the memory is full,than empty some memory,or if u instole any third party software than un install.than try it will solve your problem
