SOURCE: SOLE F80 TREADMILL STARTS TO RUN THEN STOPS.
Sound like a speed sensor adjustment here the steps for this procedure:
1. Unplug unit then remove the plastic motor cover. There are either 4 or 5 screws holding the cover in place depending on the model.
2. Locate the speed sensor between the front roller pulley and the frame of the treadmill. It is a small plastic piece
approx 1 1/4” long and 1/4” in diameter with a black wire coming from the back of it leading to the electronic
board in the motor compartment .
3. Locate the magnets mounted in the face of the pulley. (approx. 3/8” in diameter)
4. The end of the sensor should be positioned approximately 1/8” from the magnet at the closest point.
5. Follow the wire from the sensor to the control board. Make sure the connection is pressed firmly down on the
board.

Hi Rendra,
Try this:
Switch the treadmill off and then on again.
Push the "minus" speed button and the "stop" button simultanuously.
If all is well you will now have entered the maintenance mode.
Next push the "plus" speed button and the "stop"button smultanuously.
Now you you've reached the error mode.
Push the "plus" or "minus" speed button to browse the error codes untill you've reached "L er".
The push start to erase the message.
Turn the power off and then on again to restart the treadmill.
With any luck the error has disappeared and the treadmill will function again. If not.....you'll have to contact Kettler.
Btw...This error occurs when the belt is "pushed" by the runner. For example when you put weight on the handlebar and the push your feet backwards.

Your problem might possibly be that a magnet has fallen off. Here's an illustrated guide that should make fixing it easy: http://fixmytreadmill.blogspot.com/2010/10/how-to-fix-treadmill-e1-error.html
Good luck.

Ive got the same problem! did you work out how to fix it?
SOURCE: motor is not responsive and it read LOW SPEED message and time L51
Double check that all connections are secure, especially the console cable. Unplug and reconnect the console cable to verify.
Make sure the console cable is not pinched or damaged in any way.
Turn the power off, unplug the power cable and wait 60 seconds. Remove the motor cover. Wait until all red LED lights have gone off on the motor control board before proceeding. Next, verify that none of the wires connected to the lower board are loose or disconnected.
