• The Fusing Roller Sub Thermistor does not
detect the required temperature within 30 sec.
after a warm-up cycle has begun; therefore, the
copier does not complete the warm-up cycle.
• The temperature of the Fusing Rollers does not
reach the required level even after the set period
of time has elapsed during a warm-up cycle.

Check that the H1[ fuser lamp] comes on when the Main Power
Switch is set to ON, and correct or replace as necessary.

Check that the H2 comes on when the Main Power
Switch is set to ON, and correct or replace as necessary.

Check the installation of the TH1 and the TH2, and
correct or clean as necessary.
- -

Check the operation of the TH1.
Remove CN80 (4P), and then check that the resistance
across CN80-2 and -3 on the Thermistor is
infinity.

Check the operation of the TH2.
Remove CN81 (4P), and then check that the resistance
across CN81-2 and -3 on the Thermistor is
infinity.

Check the continuity of the H1.
Correct or replace as necessary.

Check the continuity of the H2.
Correct or replace as necessary.

9 Change PWB-A

Error c3452

error c3452 is fusing warm-up failure.
first do trouble reset.
second, check H1 or H2
third, check TH1 and TH2
four, change new fusing unit
five, change PU
six, change PWB-A

Normally light copy comes out when mirrors are dirty. Before any adjustment clean the slit glass and mirrors.

Konica minolta bizhub 362 code 2557 for what

It's toner density sensor problem but first of all check if there is sufficient amount of developer and toner. Low quantity of developer/toner in developing unit also cause this problem.

Minolta Bizhub 362. Brand New. After configuring IP address, it asks to switch off and on again. when switching on, displays "please wait". Do not go further.

Restart the machine and wait for some time.If the basic screen shows and machine can make copies then its ok if not then again go to the administrator mode, network setting, check the ip if there is no ip then some of the options are missing.call your technical services representative or tell me in detail by email
