Hello
You need the Memory Craft Reader Writer before you can copy to a Memory Card, I bought for my Janome 5700 and it works great.

M looking for the manual of Nina embroidery machine memory craft 5700.

I know there is a retired Janome Memory Craft 5700. That manual is available on this site: https://www.janome.com/support/retired-machine-manuals/. The current link to this manual is https://www.janome.com/siteassets/support/manuals/retired/embroidery/inst-book-mc5700.pdf .

Please check if this manual is the correct one for your sewing machine. I am unaware of any other sewing machine brand with a Memory Craft model line in my area (USA).

(I thought initially the Nina 5700 might refer to Bernina 570QE; that manual is on the product support page: https://www.bernina.com/en-US/Machines-US/Series-Overview/BERNINA-5-Series/BERNINA-570-QE#!support . The direct link to this manual is https://www.bernina.com/BERNINA/media/Support/Sewing_Quilting_Embroidery/5_Serie/BERNINA_570/Documents/EN/0365315-0-04_2015-05_Manual_B570QE-B555_EN_online.pdf . )

I have just purchased an old Janome Memory Craft 10001 embroidery machine and need the drivers in order to be able to connect it to my pc via usb cable.

You can go the the Janome web site to find drivers for your computer. When you save designs to the memory card you must save them in a folder (emb, i think}.Put a blank card in the machine while the machine is off anf=d then turn the machine on,,,It will make the folder for you.

Good Luck

My wife has a Janome 5700 Memory Craft sewing machine along with a number of Janome memory cards containing embroidery designs. Is it possible to transfer the designs from these memory cards to her Windows...

I don't have a 5700,mine is a 9000 but the cards that came with mine are a plastic aprox 1 inch square. This machine came out before there was any type of interface to connect to a back up system ie; USB or firewire. I would assume that if you can download new patterns from the internet, than you could back them up.If your machine does not have that capability then you will just have to find new memory cards for you machine online and order them.

I want to sell my 1991 New Home memory Craft 8000 sewing machine

A good place to see what machines are selling for is Ebay. That's where I sold a sewing machine and an embroidery machine.

It helps to know your product and machine embroidery lingo.

What are cassettes? Floppy disks? These make the machine borderline obsolete.

Memory cards are still around, but most EM now have USB connectivity or USB flash drives.

Satin thread? Embroidery machines use Rayon or Polyester embroidery thread.

Having had the machine recently serviced is also a plus.

Looking to purchase a Janome Memory Craft 5700 - refurbished

Yes, you have to have the customizer to download patterns. They are not being made by Janome anymore, so you have to find one on the web. The 9000 also uses memory cards. These are not made anymore either so the same applies- try the internet. And make sure you get the ones that fit the 9000 or the 5700. Best luck -I have the 5700 - a stripped down version of yours. linda

JANOME MEMORY CRAFT 5700 INSTRUCTION BOOK

Hi, I downloaded (for free) a copy of the Envision 8006 (and 8007 supplement) manual from the Elna website 2 1/2 years ago. The Envision 8007 is the same as the Janome Memory Craft 5700. I can email you a copy of the manual.
