Keyboard will not turn on - Casio Music

Have you ever changed the internal Lithium Battery. Try the reset here, although it is for a different model. The Keyboard was actually made by Casio and sold with the Radio Shack name on it.

REPLACING THE MEMORY BATTERY

Your keyboard uses one lithium battery to protect some types of data when it is turned off. This battery is installed at the factory,
and lasts up to 5 years. If the keyboard's memory is erased when you turn the keyboard off, take the keyboard to your local Radio Shack store to replace the lithium battery.

RESETTING THE KEYBOARD

Note: Resetting the keyboard clears all information you stored in the keyboard's memory, including the parameter settings, song
sequencer, pattern sequencer, and registration memory. Resetting the keyboard's parameter settings clears only those settings from
the keyboard's memory. To reset the keyboard, turn the power off.
Then hold down ENTER. Reset? appears. Press YES.

Use this procedure to return all keyboard settings to what they were when you purchased it. Note that this procedure clears all data from memory.
• While holding down the ENTER button, turn on keyboard power. • Reset?
• Press YES to initialize the keyboard or NO to turn on power without changing any settings.

If the touch sensitivity on your Yamaha MO6 keyboard has stopped working, there could be several possible causes for this issue. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:

You may have turned down the volume internally.
Carry out a factory reset - Hold down top C key (highest note) whilst turning the keyboard on.
Hopefully this will rest everything and it will work again.

Locate the fuse on the keyboard. Possibly blownout

What kind of outlet are you plugging into? You should be using a power strip, or power conditioner.

You left off the one bit of info we need... however, make sure the volume control on the keyboard is around the halfway point... If it is way down, turn it up and reduce the channel volume knob some. Make sure the cable from the keyboard is an instrument rated interconnect and not one intended for speaker (usually marked as such). Make sure the keyboard AND this amp are powered from the SAME receptacle... even if you have to run an extension cord. Listen with headphones on your keyboard to make sure the sound is clean there.

Normal 0 Assuming that you have good batteries installed, turn the Keyboard over and locate the small reset/connect button on the back of the keyboard and press it. Then try to see if it is working. If not try pressing the button on the receiver and then on the keyboard.
Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
