My Tumble dryer is almost 4 years old. It has a reservoir underneath and at the back of the dryer which then feeds into the water tank. The machine is working ok...drying clothes etc but the water is not being fed into the tank...just leaking out underneath. It would appear that when the reservoir is full, then it just leaks out all over the floor instead of feeding into the tank. Tried cleaning it of fluff but this made no difference.
I also have this problem and is leaking all over my floor underneath...i've only had it a day. the condenser is soppin wet and no water in the tank..i'm dead angry...anyone else have an idea how to fix this mother F*****...thanks...clair
I assuming it is a condenser dryer ,have you checked the rubber gasket ,to see if it is damaged or has dirt on it that prevents it from making a water tight seal.

Not collecting water in tank at base, but no leakage of water on to floor. Fitted replacement condenser tray from my son's identical machine which is working perfectly. My machine still does not collect water in the tank provided, and continues to vent water vapour into the air in the house.
I have the same problem,no water is being collected and no leak but I don't have a manual and don't know where to check
Tried checking the rubber seals etc everything looks fine but still no water being collected in the tray,
Clothes also feel too hot when you take them out of the drum.
No leaks either , but at least its nice n warm in the kitchen
i have a zanussi condenser tumble dryer that doesn't collect water but no leaks - any ideas?
