Sounds like possibly it could be connection related between any AV/Cable ports. Worst case would be the capacitors of the motherboard leaking. It's possible to fix anything. Just make sure you have the knowledge and the right equipment.

as it is not giving the perfect picture so it might have gone wrong in the screen pixels better to check the lcd screen and me sure the pixels went wrong it can be also coz of the water vapours please keep the tv away from water or windows etc.there might be a circuit problem which may not be working .
