It may be that your account is shut down for a few days because Yahoo may have thought someone was trying to hack into it, in which case your account will be open again in a day or two.
If your account is simply GONE and you can't access any part of Yahoo, that's another story. You'll have to appeal directly to Yahoo if you believe your account was suspended in error.
