MY FRIGIDAIRE MODEL FAQE770KW0 DRIER IS MAKING A LOUD NOISE AFTER IT GETS HOT

you might need a new roller on the back of the drum, As for being louder when warm it's the part getting hot from Friction that is wearing the roller or roller pin down.

Dryer doesn't want to run- makes grinding noise

its sounds like a worn bearing problem.with the m/c switch off ,turn drum by hand and see if it is hard to do so.if you get a gritty feeling in your hands or hear a grinding noise, then that is probably the bearing.

When turning, loud grinding noise.

Can be a tensioner pulley with bad bearings or the rear drum bearing is shot. When the rear drum bearing goes bad, the drum drops slightly and starts rubbing and making all sorts of terrible noises. I would not run it like this as the pivot on the rear of the drum that rides in the bearing could be cutting into the support. Not a good thing.

Good Luck and hope this helps.

Dryer making a grinding or rumbling noise when it is on

i would bet you hae a dented top of the dryer. thats what is hitting the drum causing the noise. if you put something heavy on top of the unit then the top could have bent down and is now hitting the drum when it runs. and heat as it runs will make it worse.
if yo can, pull the top up and re-shape the top so it doesnt hit th drum and then dont let the top get pushed down again.
