SOURCE: Thermos Grill2GO gets warm but not hot.

Often the problem is pretty simple. I forget to turn off the control knobs when turning on the propane. This triggers the new safety mechanism in the regulators that restricts the gas flow. To re-set, disconnect everything, then reconnect with all knobs in the off position. Turn on the propane at the tank to "pressurize" the system. Sometimes I have to do it twice to get it to work right! If not - I'd suggest you contact customer support at Char-Broil (they make it) and get some tips.

SOURCE: We need a new regulator and hose for our Thermos

Thermos grills are actually made by Charbroil. You can order parts directly from them or from other sites such as grillparts.com
There are 2 model numbers for the fire and ice grill, either 464649004 or 465630004. Please your grill to confirm the correct model.
Here is a link to Charboil's parts ordering page.

SOURCE: i need a regulator valve for a thermos grill2go

Pete, it's easier to find & replace the whole Regulator/Hose Assembly, then it is to just replace the regulator. You can pick one up at just about any hardware store or home improvement center that sells grills and accessories for about $30.00. Take you old one with you for comparison purposes.

Hope this helps and thanks for choosing FixYa.
