How to fix a Motorola h17 mic

If the problem is mic you need to replace it with new. Because it will not repair the but replaceable. The mic is not so expensive...open your cellphone and locate where the mouth piece where the mic is located...used 30 watts soldering iron to discard the mic...then replace with new mic.
If you don't know how or have doubt to do it. Just call a cellphone technician to replace the mic

Blue Mic Snowball "not recognized

The serial number should be on the box. If you don't have the box, it will be located somewhere on the circuit board inside the mic.

How do i use the mic ?

first download drivers, then connect, go to right bottom of main windows screeen, right click on speaker icon, and click properties, then check mic volume and check to see if it is enabled. If you are using for gaming, check control setup for button location. Many times it is shift key, or z key.

I don't have voice, have carrier. Cobra 29 ltd

there are several things that might be responsible for the absence of modulation when speaking into the microphone. a defective mic cartridge, a broken audio or audio shield/ground wire in the mic cable or mic plug or a defective push-to-talk switch in the mic itself, for starters. if all is well here then the amc and transmitter speech stages in the transceiver will have to be considered next. locate and check with a known good mic wired for the radio in question. let me know.
