Gf 40 frymaster fryer
Hi,
I am suposing that this fryer has worked good in this location before. If not, check to make sure it is set up right for your gas supply. (LP-Nat) There is something wrong with the gas - air flow in your unit. Look for obvious things first like exhaust being blocked, Flame dancing out side of fire area, Pilot too small, Build up of debris in fire box. The pilot should be able to be adjusted at the gas valve if it is too small. I believe you problem could be taken care of best with a good cleaning of the burner, fire box and pilot assemble. Make sure that all burner holes are clean especially around the pilot light. Check for oily debris inside the fire box to make sure its not leaking into the fire area. If you are unable to do this yourself, contact some one either in the restaurant equipment service business or heating and air conditioning business. Hope I have helped you.
