If the user manual isn't giving you locations for those wires then they are not supported or that board is expecting a different type plug to work properly. Check the motherboard manufacturer website for a user manual download.

Connection of audio leads

Here is the link to the Gigabyte site to your specific motherboard. The only place that will have those pin locations is the user manual. Not all motherboards support all chassis designs and at times modification of the connectors is required in order to get the connections. Check the User manual for the actual pin outs.

The L&R-Ret2&3 are common so only one needs fitting so for the speakers you only need to connect 3 cables. R-Out, L-Out and one return (either L of R). I'll comment back shortly on the mic pins for you.

Note : The odd pins are on one side and the even ones on the other side.

WANT TO KNOW WHERE TO PUT MY AUDIO LEADS BACK IN THERE PINS ON THE MOTHERBOARD

Mic In to pin 1; Gnd to pins 2 and 3; R Out to pin 5; Ret R to pin 6; L Out to pin 9, and Ret L to pin 10. Remove the jumpers on pins on the motherboard before placing thses wires.

If it is an internal speaker connection
SPK1: Internal speaker header Pin Signal Name
1 SPKR
2 NC
3 Ground
4 +5V
