you might be able to usb to a laptop and then use mobile phone as a hotspot to connect laptop to mobile phone via Wi Fi and use the mobile phone as a mobile data connection and then use VOIP (line) (Skype or Zoom and video conference but mobile data costs are prohibitive might be better to use Wi FI or ethernet on laptop) . But if you want to use the speaker device on a mobile call you need bluetooth

You will require two items to accomplish this task. Unless you are confident enough to actually operate on the Jabba USB plug. (not recommended). if the cable is fixed correctly then it would seem when your dog chewed through the cable the cables met and caused a power short out that has blown some of the internal electronics components there fore the unit will not work. taking into consideration the price of jbl creature speakers it would be cheaper to replace the unit than to have repaired ..
