Joking, buy a real computer at best buy?
I\'M not sure if it is just? the monitor, (i dont thinks, so or the PC)
you can plug the monitor in to another PC to sort that question easy.
test the monitor if it is good, great, if not get a new one.

good monitor, read on.

that is my pet peeve too, pop ups. that don\'t say WHO DID THE POP UP. bad programmers do that, even MS.
frustrating it is....
the question is, who is processing.?.... dang"

my guess ?is windoz. (or APPS)
if it is windows, and not some APP.?
then set MS updates to off. see if that makes it stop.
if not , then it must be an APP, or Antivirus software running.
each APP or A/V can be configured to shut up. It is true.
most lap tops or emach, are set up with full nags.,etc.
No one ive seen that do this, bad act, can I STAND.!

the first thing i do on them, is remove all that junk.
I build my own systems. to avoid that. but....
I\'d slick the drive and put on W8 , fresh.
but what to do baring , that... idea...

let me give an example of my silly HP. net book (all HP puters have this)
they all have HP software loaded. (some good, some bad, some ugly)
I go in and remove all the HP agents and all nagware, and all HP
scanners, and other junk, leaving only legit , full version needed software.
I remove office as it is crippleware; as most are.
This is not HP only tricks, all other makers,do this junk.

after you get all this working, then turn on only, MS critical updates
but do have it , ask ME , first. option, in control panel.
then and only then, can you do work and stop the side tracking.....

join a forum for your lap top or emach.
do not turn off , HP recovery service or its special partition or support. this takes skill to do all this.

the maker of your PC has a forum, ive never seen one that does
not cover this topic, most have a nice list.(what to kill)
we call this bloatware and is hated by all.
good luck to you.
dont forget, you can barrow a spark monitor and connect
it to the emach , to see if it is :
windows
Apps (A.V)
or the monitor.

How to remove small popup bottom left of Hitachi smart tv screen.

A little popup that appears in the lower left corner of your Hitachi smart TV screen may be related to one of the TV's settings or capabilities. You can attempt the following actions to get rid of it:

1.Investigate notifications:

Smart TVs occasionally show notifications for different events or upgrades. If there are any notifications, look for them and then clear them by following the on-screen directions.
2.Applications and Inputs:

Make sure all programmes and inputs are closed. The popup may occasionally be connected to an input source or app, which can be closed to get rid of it.
3.On-Screen Display (OSD) Off:
There might be an OSD option in the settings menu on Hitachi TVs. Try disabling OSD or changing its settings to see if it gets rid of the popup.
Verify any software/firmware updates:

4.Make that the most recent firmware or software upgrades are installed on your TV. Pop-up windows may appear as a result of faults in outdated software. Look for a software update option in the TV's settings menu.
5.Firmware Reset:
You can conduct a factory reset on your TV if the problem persists after you've tried various troubleshooting measures. The default values for all settings will be restored as a result. Make cautious to back up any crucial data before doing a factory reset because doing so will also remove any customised settings and data.
6.Message Hitachi Support here:
If none of the aforementioned fixes the problem, it's a good idea to get in touch with Hitachi customer service or refer to the TV's user manual for detailed instructions on how to get rid of the popup.
Regarding External Devices:

7.The popup may be related to any external devices you have connected to your TV, like a cable box or game console. Make sure that these gadgets are operating properly and that the settings have been changed as necessary.
Keep in mind that depending on the type and software version of your Hitachi smart TV, the precise processes and options may change. For instructions unique to your TV model, consult the user manual, or go to the Hitachi website for further help options.

Processing auto configuration keeps coming up on

First check to see that all of the cables are connected and fastened in tightly between the monitor and computer using the tiny handscrews on them at the monitor side and on the video card where it connects to your computer.

Also, the resolution detection circuitry in the monitor could be going bad, or you could have a bad video cable connecting it to the computer, or lastly, the video card in your computer could be going bad.

A few separate things you can try:

1. If you have a spare video cable, connect using the spare cable to the monitor and the computer to see if this corrects the issue.

2. If you have another monitor, I would connect it to see if you continue to have video issues.

3. Consider buying a new monitor.

My screen is black and i cant get rid of this popup

This popup is a sign of a malware infection on your system. You can use ctrl+alt+ del to bring up the task manager, open the processes tab, and locate the pc.exe and agent.exe processes. Select them, right click and end process for each. That should temporarily get rid of the popup. (See link here, and here, but please don't follow the instructions given there to delete files, etc. Just kill the processes and use the following tools.)
Now you'll need to do some cleanup to remove the offending program from your system before you reboot.
Go to this link and follow the first 4 steps of the malware removal guide. Make sure to update MBAM before you scan, and make sure you follow through all 4 steps before restarting your computer. If you want detailed info on how to run the MBAM, as well as a good description of how you got this virus, click here. Then restart your system and see how it runs. I'd advise an indepth scan with your antivirus program to check for further problems, but that should take care of the privacy center rogue.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!
