I forgot my pattern - Cell Phones

• After you've tried to unlock your phone multiple times, you'll see "Forgot pattern." Tap Forgot pattern.
• Enter the Google Account username and password you previously added to your phone.
• Reset your screen lock. Learn how to set a screen lock.

You can use these steps to unlock your phone.

After you put the wrong pattewrn in about 3 or so times at the bottom of your screen you will see a forgot my pattern option. Click it and then sign in with your google account.

After pressing OK or waiting the 30 seconds, press navigation key to bring up screen again. I'm guessing you have a Motorola phone, but maybe not. You will get back to the security lock screen but there will be a button on bottom right that states Forgot pattern (or passcode). If you forgot your screen unlock pattern or passcode, tap Forgot pattern (or passcode). You will be prompted to sign in using the Google account you programmed into the handset during initial start up. If successful, you will move to next screen to create a new security lock. You can cancel out of that step and return to homescreen.

If you forgot unlock pattern, depending on the phone if it android you should be able to access the option of entering your gmail account information after trying to many times within a time period that what happen with my lg p925g.

Hi, if you forget the pattern passcode, you can try wrong pattern for 5 times continuously after which choose the option Forgot my pattern and it will ask to enter the google username and password used while setting up the tablet, after which you can reset the pattern.

When you forget your security pattern, you will usually be given the option to sign in into a Google account or any other account instead of drawing the pattern by displaying the "forgot pattern?" option.

if you forgot your pattern lock, just give few more tries to continue wrong efforts. at an instant, the OS will report 'attempts exceeded, enter with your gmail'. at this point just enter your email address and in the textbox for password just give value as 'NULL'. this will instantly ask for new pattern lock and you are done!

I know this use to work - get the pattern wrong 5 times and on the bottom RH side a "Forgot Pattern" button should appear - press this and it should prompt you for your Google login and password.
