Go to Lowes and get a power plunger (it shoots a blast of water directly at the clog) or get a plumbers snake and work the clog out. Follow up with a liquid Plumber or Draino unless you have a septic tank. Good luck.

I also had a similar problem with a clogged toilet in Prescott AZ. Nothing worked! Not the plunger, not that drain-o stuff, nothing! It was so frustrating!

Plunger to fit Kohler bowl

So there is pressure when you push, and suction when you pull. Plungers are more effective when pushing water instead of air because water doesn't compress. ... Thrusting the plunger moves column of water like it was a solid piston and applies the entire force of the thrust against the clog.

Wand will not launch when seat is activated

follow this steps and fix it. God bless you

f the toilet bowl overflows, use a plunger or auger to eliminate clogs. If the toilet does not flush, tighten or replace the defective handle , adjust or replace the lift chain , or replace the flush mechanism . Jiggling the handle forces the lift chain or rod to re-seat the flush mechanism, telling you that something is awry.

If the bowl drains sluggishly, remove the clog with a plunger or auger, or raise the water level in the tank .

If water runs continuously through the toilet, lower the water level in the tank , adjust or replace a lift chain or wire , repair or replace a worn flush valve , clean or replace the valve seat assembly .

If water appears under the tank, tighten the tank hold-down bolts , lower the water level in the tank, replace the float valve , replace a malfunctioning ball or tighten nuts on the water supply line, replace leaking supply line . As a last resort, re-seat the toilet .

If the seat is cracked or unsightly, replace it .

If the bowl or tank is cracked or otherwise unacceptable, replace the entire toilet .

Water over flowing from the toilet

It must be clogged. Try using a plunger first. If thayt doesn't work, consider using a "toilet snake". Simply place the end of the flexible cable into the toilet bowl and begin unwinding. The cable will extend round the bends in your trap way dislodging any clogs as it goes. If you come to the point where you feel some resistance, you will need to rewind the cable back into the bowl and remove anything that comes up with it. Repeat this process until your toilet runs clear.

When I flush the toilet, the bowl feels with water. It will not empty the bowl.

Hi,
You have a clog in the toilet or in the piping....
Often this can be corrected by using a toilet plunger... they can be bought at any local hardware...
if the plunger don't work, then the toilet auger is the nest step...
If you cannot get it going with that, then you need to call in a professional guy to open your piping...

Kohlers Memoire two piece is clogged. == My plunger has a round opening and it does not create a seal - the toilet bowl is oval. Is there a special plunger or some such.

Many plungers have an inner flange that is used for toilets in particular, make sure to pull that out. Even in most case a forceful use of the plunger will get some results so with this flange and enough elbow grease you should be able to acheive some results
