Maytag mat12csegw unbalance problem

Hi,

Please reload the washer with dry clothes and attempt to wash them as normal. If the weight is distributed evenly, then the unbalanced-signal should go away once the wash starts.

Thank you.

What's your problem?how can i put music in my onyx mp3

What you should do is check your PC Control Settings and then under devices, try restarting the PC and make sure that nothing is in the cable outlet, make sure that you go under "My Computer" once you restarted the computer.

My washer tub acts as if the load is unbalanced . but i tried it empty it does it also. it worked fine before we moved this week model number LAT 7304AAE

Does it start at all or go into unbalance straight away? It is possible that the lever which engages the unbalance/lid switch has come out of the switch mechanism and it is continually indicating unbalance even when there is nothing wrong. The easiest way to check is to undo the two screws on the front and remove the panel by pulling the bottom forward, then undo the two 10mm bolts inside underneath the top panel. You can then lift up the top panel and reach the lid/unbalance switch and check that the metal lever is properly activating the switch.

What's the purpose of the tub displacement sensor

To detect excessive wash tub movement and shut down the wash cycle. Here is a copy of my post from a real DIY forum;

Google this Neptune TL Washer FAV6800AWW 5 post down.

Here ya go.....in this post I discuss the issue related to unbalance error codes DC and UC;

Your FAV6800A or FAV9800A is going off balance with DC or UC unbalance error codes during spin cycle and you see/hear the wash tub banging around at the start of Spin Cycle of the wash cycle or a Spin Only cycle. If this is the condition the TDS (Tub Displacement Sensor) is working as designed and signaling the Control Board properly of an unbalance wash load condition.

The Control Board receives a varying D.C . Voltage from the TDS sensor and if the out of range D.C. Voltage limit continues the Control Board will halt the Spin Cycle and try to redistribute the wash load. If you are interested I will show you how to monitor the TDS input to the Control Board with a DVM.

The Control Board then starts the Spin Cycle again. If the wash tub/basket out of balance condition continues the Control Board will attempt another redistribute of the wash load. After several attempts (4 to 5 I believe) the Control Board will shut down the Spin Cycle and send a error code DC or UC to the LED display of the FAV6800A, my machine type. And I believe a text statement to the LCD screen of the FAV9800A machine i.e. something like "Unbalance Condition" I'm not sure what the text message is.

If you need help open a post in that repair forum and I will try help you through your issue.

It shows the letters LL

LL = Lareg Load Detected.

I think you may have some drive system resistance/binding. This can be difficult error code to troubleshoot with knowing more info.

What was in the wash basket that caused the LL error code?

Have you tried to power cycle the washer (remove 120VAC line Cord then plug back in)?

Any unballance error codes like dc or UC in the past.

I have a KENMORE WASHER MODEL 11020894990.The slow spin comes on and works fine but when it stops to begin the faster spin it makes a klunk klunk noise and will not spin.

Well the klunk-klunk is the Break grabbing, to stop it, as it is detecting, what it thinks, is some sort of Unbalance or Overload, or detecting a motor fault, etc, real or not, and is shutting itself down because of this.

My duet washer wont work it is lit at control locked whats this mean

A sensor inside has probably detected a problem. Usually it has something to do like too long to drain(something in pump) or suds detect (wrong/too much detergent) unbalance/overload), Motor sensor error and stuff like that. I have a manual HERE

Squeeking and banging and LL display code

Run the machine through the cycles without anything in it. If it still does it, lift the top and look down between the basket and the tub for any objects that might have jumped out of the basket and into the space. Fish out anything that's in there. If there is nothing in that space, you need to either tighten or replace the snubber. It's a piece of rubber, held against the tub by a piece of metal. It keeps the tub from bouncing around.
