Mounted in sunny window but doesn't turn or make any rainbows

If it doesn't turn on at all in the high speed mode it's most likely a faulty switch.

Don't really get a clear idea of what you are asking, I assume you mean a window mounted unit.

The answer is... it depends. Not only does the cost of a used window mount air conditioner vary with condition, but also with the BTU rating and its energy efficiency.

A 12500 BTU window mounted air conditioner, in good working order (enough to cool up to a 400 square foot room on a sunny day with average insulation would probably be a fair buy in the neighborhood of 75-140 dollars if it was a fairly recent model. If it is over 5 years old, I wouldn't buy a used one. These things are made cheaply for the most part, they are installed over and over again year after year, if you take care of them they can last a good while, however most people don't get a great deal of time out of them without some sort of issue arising.

Could be several things. Bad cord, bad receptacle on rainbow or bad motor on power head.

IM GUESSING ITS A LAPTOP SCREEN OR COMPUTER IT COULD BE SOME WATER TRAPPED INSIDE OF THE SCREEN LIKE CONDENSATION WHICH COULD MAKE A PRISM OF LIGHT LIKE WHEN YOU SEE A RAINBOW BECAUSE ITS SUNNY AND RAINING

Cleaning the filter on a e series rainbow vacuum

This one does not have the tabs to depress as but has two screws in that area still doesn’t see how to get to the filter. Also I need instructions to replace power cord; On the E series single speed.

I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure. On the Rainbow E Series there really is no actual filter – the water is the filter for this particular vacuum. Before you remove the separator under the motor, place a newspaper or towel under the Rainbow without the water pan under the vacuum and then turn it on for a short period of time and spin the water moisture out of the motor and separator; then some of the maintenance is to remove the separator under the motor and clean that and then replace it. As far as replacing the cord there are screws under the Rainbow that need removal and then you can get to the end of the cord for replacement. The easiest way is to mark your wires and the cord will be much easier to replace otherwise check the owner’s manual for cord replacement or check with your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or to cal the cust serv @ the Rainbow factory for questions.

If Convergence on setup dosen't work, And you think its not STK Convergence chips!, Then "Yes" It more then likely will have a few open Resistors!... (Near STK chips)

Does the separator turn easily by hand? If it does, may be there is a problem with the carbon brushes. If this model is one that has the computor board mounted on top of the motor, there may be a problem with it.

Switching off the camera from the main ON/OFF swit5ch should close the shutter. If it doesn;t, try removing the battery or the CF card. It is possible to manually increase the shutter speed even in bright sunny conditions.
