Get a hdmi switch

Hi,here is my simple solution...
to listen your TV on your Panasonic Home Theater System
** you need to connect "Audio Output " RCA jacks or "Optic cable output" or "HDMI out "of your TV
** to "AUX input " or "TV" OR "Any input" of your receiver or "Optic Cable input" or "HDMI input"
** than just switch to respective mode on Panasonic Home Theater System RECEIVER corresponding your RCA or Optic or HDMI connection
.
There you go..Your TV sound is on the Panasonic Home Theater System Receiver..By this means whatever you watch on the TV (TV tuner, satellite , Xbox ..etc.) ,it's sound will come thru your stereo..

This kind of tv u must have cable or satalite tvs pay broadcasting signal cable,so u have a box .Tv have HDMI ports or RCA AV component cable input?The incomming broadcating tv signal go to the cable or satalite boxes.Than u use a HDMI cable or RCA AV component cable go through those boxes than to ur tv HDMI input ports or RCA AV component cable input holes.

There is a little switch at the box where it splits from normal RCA to the HDMI on your output cable....flip it to the other position.

RCA TV codes are:

RCA VCR codes are:

000,003,013,021, 055, 056, 082, 083, 084, 085,086, 087, 088, 089, 090, 091, 107, 115, 120, 125

Try turning both pc and tv off and connect, then turn both on. Also, make sure your Display setting are correctly configured. Goto Control Panel, Display and click on Settings Tab. If your still having trouble. Try changing your resolution and make sure that you have your TV to the right input. My TV has 4 HDMI 3 RCA 2Component 1 Digital Optical many USBs...can get kinda confusing. The connection should be numbered. Switch inputs with your remote til you get the right port. Then work on getting your pc to display correctly. Set your aspect ration to 16:9 first. Most tv and laptops are set this way. GOOD LUCK let me know how it goes.

Your cable box and TV should have RCA input jacks (Red, White, and Yellow) Red & White are for Audio and Yellow is for video feed...

HD Receivers & HD TV's are just slightly more upgraded with better video feed connections.
HD video can use three color coded RCA jacks for the video feed or a HDMI cable; if you can use the HDMI connection on your TV I recommend using that because it's less confusing to plugin the input cables. Try turning your TV to it's side to see what inputs you have available to connect your device to.

After you have it pugged your device into the input jacks press the "Input" key on your TV remote and power up the device.
Most TV's have more than one input, so you may have to cycle through the TV inputs by press the input key again until the video feed is displayed.
(If you don't have a "input" button on the TV or remote control you can try entering channel "00")
