I need to replace the rubber cushions on the bottom of the toilet seat. Where can I go to order them or get a part number?

It would probably be just as quick, easy and cheap to replace the entire seat. Websites like Amazon and Ebay list them as toilet seat 'Bumpers' or 'Buffers'. There are 'stick on', 'clip in' and 'screw on' types. They aren't very expensive.

I'm looking for round buffers that fit below the toilet seat to stop the seat resting on the toilet bowl. The brand is Gala.

Lowes or HD should have that or a specialty shop. Worst case, the mfr. would have that. You can take the plastic caps that cover the bolts that hold down the bowl in place on the floor and secure them to the seat. All you want is it to support the seat. There won't be any sideways pressure on it. It would just slide on the bowl if it did. If the cap is too tall for the seat, then you can grind it down some to level the seat.

We are having the same problem of James Vernon of Sep. 30, 2009. It keeps blocking repeatedly. We have snaked the toilet...works a few times, removed the toilet and snaked the whole system...toilet still...

You would think a kohler product would be quality wouldn't you? I used to work for a company that sold them and have one in my house right now. I have the same problem you do and my solution is to get rid of it and get a good one.
When looking for a good toilet, choose one that has a smooth trap design. It should be a nice flowing S shape with no sharp 90 degree corners. Trust me on this. Studying the side of toilets in the plumbing store can save lots of headaches later.

I bought a Natura Classica camera and I can't translate the Japanese manual. Does an English version of the manual exist?

The Fuji Natura Classica is a Japanese only model so no English manuals were produced.

The website below does give some translations though:-

One of the softclose buffers on the Subway toilet seat has pulled

Each soft close 'Barrel' is handed - one left - one right. (One is grey - the other white).

Most soft close errors occur because the seat hinges come loose. When this happen, the barrels slightly pull-out of the seat. (There are silver discs on the barrels - These should be tight against the seat).

Once the barrels become loose the first thing that happens is the top cover won't soft close - but the seat still does.

To rectify - puch both barrels tighly into fitting and tighten the hinges. (See below).

To tighen the seat hinges you need to get a flat headed screwdriver underneath the chrome round hinge cover - and 'flick off'. Underneath is a X head screw which id also hexagonal. You can either tighen both by spanner - or screw driver. (sometimes these can be tricky - but it will come off).

If both cover AND seat do not soft close AND the barrel silver discs are firmly located against the seat - the barrel has probably broken.

If so - spare parts can be obtained here:
