How do I resolve error code c-3B04 - Konica Minolta BizHub C650 Copier

" if the code comes back. Have a technician look at it DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the code is for the Hot Part called the FUSER. It can catch on fire! And that will ruin a perfectly good day!!!!



1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after
and check if the machine starts correctly.

Turn off the main power sw inside machine not the one on side of control panel. Hold down utility/counter and turn on main power close front door wait for trouble reset. touch trouble reset. wait for OK then power machine off wait ten seconds power machine on again should come up to ready to copy. IF code comes back do not reset again machine is telling you it need help have it looked at by a technician.

All error code soloution of fuser unit Fuser Unit Error Status Counter
Purpose
When a fuser unit related error (error code C41, C43, C44 or C45) occurs, the set value of the fuser status
counter varies, depending on type of error.
Displaying and checking the set value of the fuser status counter can analyze a cause for the error. If
any of "2 to 9" is set at the fuser status counter, the fuser unit will not be operated for safety reasons.
After the fuser unit related error is resolved, if "0" is set, the fuser unit will be operated as usual. If any of
"10 to 19" is set at the fuser status counter, the fuser unit will be operated as usual, even if "0" is not set
after the fuser unit related error is resolved.
C41: Thermistor or heater abnormality at power-ON
C43: Thermistor abnormality after abnormality judgment
C44: Heater abnormality after abnormality judgment
C45: Thermistor abnormality during printing
C46 to C49: Reserved
Description
When this code is used, the current set value of the fuser status counter is displayed. Only "0" can be

I NEED HELP ABOUT CODE 3B04

Fusing unit issue! Have to reset with PWR off the machine using both the main pwr inside front cover and sub pwr on the side of the op panel then turn on the machine holding down the Utiliy/counter button. unit the Trouble reset show on the screen then press trouble reset until says OK the Power off the machine with Main power switch inside the front cover, Wait ten seconds before doing that. If it comes back do not re do its broke and telling you so get a certified tech to look at it.

[1] Turn off the powerswitch behind the little white cover

[2] Hold down the utility /counter buttom while power on and hold it until the hourglass shows.

[3] After a while the displays shows a trouble reset, press it and you will get ok i result.

[4] Power off/on again.
