The first thing we need to do is launch the classic Control Panel, you can do this by pressing the Win + R keyboard combination and selecting Control Panel from the context menu.
To save a few clicks, switch to the Small icons view.
Then go ahead and select the new Language option.
On the right-hand side you will see an options hyperlink, click on it.
It is over here that you will be able to add and remove keyboard layouts.
That's all there is to it.

The Satellite Pro L300 didn't have any problems running multiple programs or multi-tasking jobs with its Core 2 Duo 2.1GHz processor and 160GB hard drive. I could check email, open documents and surf the Web without any lag. The benchmarks are average and overall the L300 did good on its PCMark05 score compared to other notebooks in the same category. I am sure the fact it is running Windows XP instead of Vista helps out this business savvy notebook as well.
wPrime is a program that forces the processor to do recursive mathematical calculations, the advantage of this program is that it is multi-threaded and can use both processor cores at once, thereby giving more accurate benchmarking measurements than Super Pi.

Toshiba Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T5750 died

Hello
Is not necessary to be the CPU,maybe is the power adapter, motherboard or CPU.
First check your power adapter, try another one from a friend or buy one.If you notice even one led flashing or something even a led near the hole that you plug the adapter(some laptops have a led there) then is not your adapter.
Good luck and let me know

Chemical odor from Mac laptop

Hi, I have the same problem with chemical sensitivty as you and the same problem with my new laptop. My new Toshiba U500 emits a smell that makes my mouth and throat burn and I think it's either the Intel Core 2 Duo processor chip (most likely I think) or possibly some sealant in the heat sink below it. I have had the same problem with some Dell T3400 desktops at work that happen to have the exact same 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo chip. I've had no trouble with new HP XW8600 desktops (Intel Xeon chips) and no trouble with my old Toshiba Satellite 2450 (Intel Pentium 4 chip) notebook when it was new.
I will see what Toshiba say and an independant IT person. Maybe I'll try another chip ?
Check out this thread:
http://www.mac-forums.com/forums/apple-desktops/61705-mac-pro-has-odor-problem.html
Good luck.
If anyone has any sensible explanations I'm all ears. Sorry Damien.
