IME-359196005331718 the thief stole my sister's phone and it was recovered and he had changed the unlock code maybe even the security code Iam not sure about it. Could you please help me I am in deep trouble I need to use my phone.

hi you can use codes to unlock your mobile .you can
get the codes from here theunlockarena here they ask the
following details before rendering the codes they are
1.mobile model
2.country from where you brought the mobile
3.provider to which the mobile is locked
4.imei number of the mobile
finally they will send you the unlock codes once
you entered the codes in your mobile as for the instructions provided by them then your mobile get
unlocked and it will accept other network sim.

I have Motorola V360 taken from Rogers canada, since I am presently in India am unable to use Indian SIM. Can some one tell how to unlock the same for Indian SIM and update the software.

You simply would need to enter the network unlock code that is unique to your phone.

you can check it with other sim card ,if it remains the same problem ,it may be locked to particular network wont accept any sim card other than the particular network ,you can unlock it and used to other network,try here http://www.prounlocking.com/motorola-v360/rs8wp9/
