you do not have to worry about deleting the old picture. You are going to replace the existing Facebook picture.
Just click on the picture itself (right in facebook) and you will see the camera icon. that is where you either take a new picture or use an existing picture. and BINGO... you have removed the old picture and added your new picture. (BTW: this is basically the process to replace most pictures on most apps)

for example I have 15 pictures to choose for profile picture in my album,and when I delete that picture who was on my profile pic badoo automatic takes next picture who was next to deleted picture,so I put picture which I want next my profile picture and when I deleted pic. I got my favorite picture for profile,and after that I was add again that picture which I was deleted and she is in album again :D (with mouse you can sort picture how you want),so with mouse you can put favorite picture in front of existing profile picture and when you delete that existing picture you favorite automatical set for profile picture

This can be found in the Help and Support section of Windows on your laptop.

To change the desktop background

1. Right click on your desktop-Select personalize. This will open a window that asks you to select your desktop background
   
   

2. Click the picture or color that you want to use for your desktop background.
   

   If the picture you want to use isn't in the list of desktop background pictures, click an item in the Picture location list to see other categories, or click Browse to search for the picture on your computer. When you find the picture that you want, double-click it. It will become your desktop background.

3. Under Picture position, click the arrow and choose whether to crop the picture to fill the screen, fit the picture to the screen, stretch the picture to fit the screen, tile the picture, or center the picture on the screen, and then click Save changes.

• If you choose to have a fitted or centered picture as your desktop background, you can also frame your picture with a color background. Under Picture position, click Fit or Center. Click Change background color, click a color, and then click OK.
  

Tip

• To make any picture stored on your computer (or a picture you are currently viewing) your desktop background, right-click the picture, and then click Set as Desktop Background.

Hi,

It is not required to set the Picture after replacing the Lamp and Housing. To change the Picture Settings press the MENU button on the Remote, highlight PICTURE and press OK. There you'll get the option to select Picture Preset Mode, Picture Settings, Screen Format, Advanced Picture and Screen Adjust mode. You can customize the settings by selecting the each Picture Menu options.

Click the edit my profile picture (beside the picture)in your facebook homepage,

> Browse picture in your computer to change or edit your profile picture, then click view profile, your profile picture already have new picture

You can add or change a profile picture in any of the following ways:

• To set a photo that you or a friend has already uploaded to Facebook as your profile picture, select "Make Profile Picture" at the bottom right when you are viewing the photo.
• To upload a picture that you have saved on your computer, move your mouse over your profile picture and click the pencil icon. Select "Upload a picture" from the drop-down menu and follow the on-screen directions.
• To take a new profile picture using your webcam, move your mouse over your profile picture and click the pencil icon. Select "Take a picture" from the drop-down menu and follow the on-screen directions. If you choose to take a picture using your webcam, you may first have to allow your Flash player to access your webcam.

You can edit the thumbnail version of your profile picture at any time by moving your mouse over your profile picture, clicking the pencil icon, and selecting "Edit Thumbnail." If you wish, you can also remove your profile picture by moving your mouse over your profile picture, clicking the pencil icon, and selecting "Remove your Picture."

If you are having trouble adding or changing your profile picture, please note that you cannot upload a photo if it is more than three times as tall as it is wide. If you are still experiencing this problem, please report the issue here.

The picture for picture-in-a-picture must come from somewhere. Try a DVD for the picture in picture. It may be the second tuner for the picture in picture that has failed.

Step 1
Locate a picture that you want to be your profile picture.

Step 2 If the picture is already on Facebook, click on the picture. In the lower righthand corner, you will see a list of possible actions. Click on "Make Profile Picture". The website will prompt you to crop the portion of the picture that you want to be your profile. You can either: 1. Drag a corner of the small cropping box to make it bigger or larger to include a section of the picture OR 2. Drag all corners of the small box to all edges of the picture. Option 2 will select the entire picture. Option 1 is useful if, for example, the picture includes you and two friends. You can just crop the part of the picture that includes yourself and make that your profile picture. Both of the options will resave the cropped images in your "Profile Pictures" folder.

Step 3 If the picture is on a website, save it to your computer in a folder/ file location that you will be able to easily locate. Once the picture is saved onto your computer, login and go to your Facebook profile. Click on your profile (default) picture. On the page that comes up, above all of the thumbnails, you will see "Edit Photos" / "Change Profile Picture". Click on "Change Profile Picture". On the next page, click "Browse". Find your picture and click on it. Check the box that says you have the rights to the picture, and click on "Upload Picture".

Step 4 You can also select a portion of your profile picture to be your thumbnail picture. This is the picture that comes up next to your name on chats, mini feeds, and applications on Facebook (such as "Lil Green Patch"). Generally, it is the middle of your profile picture, but you can adjust it as needed.

Save the picture to your computer.
Before you "edit" your picture, copy the picture to another folder (name the folder "backup" or something similar). Now you may edit the original picture (not the one in the backup folder).
Use the Picture Motion" software that came with the camera. The software will allow you to "crop" the picture...
