Go to Account overview > My digital phone > Check or manage voicemail & features.On the Voicemail Settings tab, scroll to General Preferences and select Set Number Of Rings Before Voicemail.Choose a setting ranging from 1 ring (6 seconds) to 6 rings (36 seconds).Select Save.

go iin option under ringers cheak to see whats its on before voise mail picks up 1 3 6 10 ? isnt it in the optimns menu or if u have seprate unit for voise mail cheak setting on that beofre it grabbs the call does that help

The KX-TG5621 isn't an answering machine. It will ring until you answer, some answering machine picks up, or the caller hangs up.

To change the ring count on your answering machine, refer to the documentation for that answering machine. If you require further assistance, please add a comment to this question and specify the make and model of your answering machine.

The CS6719-16 isn't an answering machine. It will ring until someone answers, some other answering machine picks up, or the caller hangs up.

To set the answer mode to manual or automatic via the control panel
