Kohler customer service has provided a free seal (yellow) to replace the original seal (red)on the bottom of the Aqua Piston. The yellow seal is a big improvement over the red seal, but the toilet tank still leaks. I am ready to return the toilet to Home Depot.

My new aqua sources toilet when you flush it the bowl fills back up then in about 5 minutes there is hardly any water in the bowl what could be wrong.

being an auqua source the bowl is probably cracked on the inside. Being a plumber, I would go with a mansfield toilet if your looking for a cheap quality toilet, Aqua source is garbage and you can see why

Bowl turns on our thetford Aqua Magic Style ll rv toilet

the reason you are getting sewer gases are the wax seal under the toilet is not making proper contact with the bowl and flange....pull the toilet and replace the wax seal...buy a cant leak seal from lowes...may want to buy new bolts to reinstall...they sell plastic ones that you can cut easy after you tighten...make sure to shim the toilet if it moves...use toilet shims...also at lowes...this is why this happened to start with...it was not done right to start ...after all that caulk or grout bowl to floor...now you have a pro install...

Bought a aqua option toilet dual flush from American Standard the tube that usually goes into the overflow tube now rides on a float which rises with the level of water as it gets closer to the overflow...

i have the same issue with my aqua option toilet. if you have a water shut off installed on the supply line to the toilet, just close it enough to reduce the supply pressure. no more splashing.

Eljer pressure assist handle will not move. If water valve is on, water will conitnuously run with no shut off

If you take the lid off the toilet there is a cartridge in the middle of the tank. if you take the handle mechanism off the toilet and get some plyers you can take the cartridge out of the tank by twisting it out. make sure the water is off and that you have pressed it down ( the part that stick out of the middle of the cartridge)to relieve the pressure. it should come right out and take it to a local plumbing supply shop and they should be able to get you a replacement part for it.

Power flush will not flush when handle is pressed down......

pull the lid off the toilet, disassemble the toilet handle mech and take the cartridge out of the big black tank under there. the cartridge should be available at any local plumbing parts house. let me know if you have problems

Lost instruction for Thetford Aqua Kem and Aqua rinse.

Aqua Kem recommended dose: 75ml of fluid per 10 litres of waste tank capacity.

Aqua Rinse can be used daily as a toilet bowl cleaner. It will lubricate the bowl to prevent staining and once in the tank will help lubricate moving parts down there.

The water continue to run for a long time

You are probably going to have to replace the fill valve.

There is a chance that adjusting it may work, but it has most likely become worn and partially clogged with hard watrer deposits, dirt, etc.

This will cause it to fill slower, and cause the fill level valve to close slower resulting in higher water level. Eventually it would simply overflow the flush valve tube.

Try adjusting the fill level, but plan on the likelyhood of replacing the fill valve.

Toilet doen't stop flushing

Sounds like the flapper is stuck in the open position.
They sometimes get hung on the flush tube or the chain hanging from the handle.

Is the water level overflowing the tube?
If so, try adjusting the level down, you may need a new fill valve if that doesnt work.
