Start by getting to the drain on the pump there should be a hose hooked to the pump and there may be a filter that u can clean out. Check the pipe and make sure it is clear and also check the discharge hose to be sure it is clear as well. By the way do u hear the pump come on or try to. If lines are clear and the pump is running then you most likely have a bad pump,
if you have a sand filter or de filter turn system off then turn multiport to back wash turn back on let run until the backwash glass is clear turn off then turn to rinse turn back on for about 20 sec then turn off then turn multiport back to filter then turn back on
You will need to gain access to the drain pump through the bottom of the Washing machine. Remove the Drain hoses from the pump, clear any debris, change, etc. If it is clear, or the error continues after clearing, replace the drain pump.
If you replace the drain pump and it still won't drain, you will need a new Control Board.
You can't. This exact thing happened to me at the end of last year. All the fins are broke. We ended up upgrading to the pump, and now this one overheats after 30 minutes and shuts off!
Check the drain hose and sink drains for obstructions. Check your disposal make sure it is clear if you have one. If drain lines are clear, then you may have an obstructioin in your pump. clear obstruction and it should work properly. If no obstructions are found check voltage going to pump during pump out. If you have voltage to the pump and the water is not pumping out, you will need a new pump. Good luck and I hope this helps you.
