It fills up but air will not blow out thru hose

Try to adjust the pressure regulator. If it is a gav or omg make then you should try to pull up the red knob on the regulator and adjust after that. After you are done push the knob down until it pops. They tend to get decalibrated if not pushed down because of the vibrations.

I've had this unit for about 1-2 years, and it was working fine until last week. Pressure in tank but none in the outlet valve to the hose. Called Bostitch last week and the said it was the...

Yes, if you can't remove the regulator due to it hitting the tank then just unscrew the entire pressure switch from the tank. It is right hand pipe thread just like the regulator. Some compressor's will allow you to start to turn (unscrew) the pressure switch just enough to move the regulator away from the tank so that you can replace it. If that doesn't work then you have to completely remove the switch.

You would have to locate a shop that sells parts for this unit. If it is simply a threaded inlet & outlet regulator, you might even find parts at a local hardware.

I have an Onan 2500 LP generator. What is the red knob for?

That knob should be to bring pressure up and down with 0 being off or the lowest range of the regulator. This regulator is adjustable for different applications apparently.

Element Glows Red, can not regulate heat

you have a bad gas valve For that one specific burner. The valve is located right behing the selecter knob. You have to take all the knobs off and removve that plate to access them. You will see a switch. Remove the switch and right there is your valve. You need to turn both power and gas off when doing this repair.
