Note that in the first step of restoring iPhone from iCloud backup, you will be required to erase all the current settings and content in your iPhone, and if your non-purchased items are not saved on your computer, they will be gone for good.

When you exceed your allowed pages for apps,they will still install,but app cannot be created for lack of pages.You can get more room by grouping similar apps into 1 folder to make space.You can also use search function to fill any app installed.Scroll all pages to right until keyboard appears,then type name of app,it will appear in dropdown list.

Be sure that hard reset retains all data and settings on iPad, it doesn't delete anything. If you want to start over and delete all personal data from iPad you should use iPad Recovery Mode.
