How on earth do you make a playlist on this thing? I can make one on my computer but it won't show up on the mp3 player.

OK so it is a little confusing on how to create a playlist, I am about to make your headaches go away on this issue.
1.Plug your mp3 player into your computer. 2.Go to my computer and open your mp3 player in windows. 3.go to your folder on your mp3 player that you have files folders etc.. that you would like to add to a playlist. 4.right click on folder and choose "create playlist" 5.Name your playlist.
thats it ! you should now have a playlist on your MP3 player, I hope this helps.

That particular model is not capable of recognize playlists. The playlist option is only for creating a "Playlist on the Go" from within the player itself.

Yeah, I just went up and down their website. They are one of the few that don't post their manuals online. Many mp3 players have a "playlist on the go" feature (or some other such moniker) that allows you to create a playlist from the mp3 player itself, but will not transfer playlists properly from Windows Media Player. Other mp3 players require a firmware upgrade to fix the issue. Unless your manual states something specific about playlist transfer, I would go ahead and call Naxa to get clarification on this. You MUST use Windows Media Player 10 - Windows Media Player 9 or 11 will not transfer the playlist correctly.  Once you have version 10 installed, then the instructions in the HDD6330 user manual will be accurate.

i tell you connect to the computer your device
and right click on your device and format it
then re fill all songs
do it

Open the 'Playlist on the go' and scroll to the last in the songs list. There u will find an option 'Clear Playlist....
From there you can delete the Songs from Go Playlist

One of the pesky features of windows Media Player is that if you delete the song/playlist from the computer's harddrive, and then resync your device to that same computer, then oftentimes the song/playlist disappears. Reacquire the song/playlist, and then try resyncing to the goGear again.

I called insignia. An extremely rude cust. service rep. told me that the player doesn't work with itunes playlists and is ONLY mac compat. as a storage device.

What a crap answer! I actually can get songs on the thing and they play, but playlists are a lost cause.

Use Windows Media Player to do this, not winamp
