If your batteries are charged and have been holding a charge good and this "flashing light" problem happened suddenly then chances are is your motor engage/disengage switch first check to make sure it is engaged if not turn off key remove and engage if it is in favt engaged and still wont move its the switch that takes it from its mechanical lever to an electric switch when the switch goes bad it is telling the controller that its not engaged thus sending the blinking trouble code you can find where this switch is by following wire from the mechanical lever to wires that come out then where those connect via an connector undo the connector WITH KEY OFF of course and on the connector not going to the motor but to the controller there will be a male plug with two wires loop those two wires together and you should be going but you need to get it to an authorized service tech to adequately fix your problem this is only if you are without any means of transportation only
