Installer? It's the 'full driver installation package" you'll download. Just select your OS (operating system) It's basically a copy of the CD you will download.... and I'm sorry, if you're not able to solve your problem from the link I've provided, you may be in over your head. Have a friend or family member that is a little more comfortable with computers help you
