Driver msi i cannot open my web cam also i cannot connect mouse and keyboard

at the back of the keyboard there is a connect button. you first have to plug in the usb receiver and then `pair` the keyboard and mouse with the receiver (like bluetooth) by pressing for about 5 seconds the connect button under the mouse and keybaord

Open the folder: driver, keyboard and mouse.

And download the webcam driver.

Try this first:

Hold Fn on your keyboard and click F6 then your web cam is on.

If still the webcam is not working try this:

Go to device manager and verify that web-cam driver is working properly by doing the following:

1. Go to start > RUN > then type in the following in the RUN...
box devmgmt.msc then press enter.

2. The device manager box will appear then look for web-cam driver ("Imaging Device")

3. If everything is working like it should, there should not be an "exclamation mark" by your web-cam driver

If there is an "exclamation mark" then load the driver cd that came with your laptop and install the necessary driver or go to your laptop manufacture's website and download the driver and reboot for good measure.

Under Control Panel > Device manager look for your web cam. When you locate it under there uninstall the drivers and download the latest ones from MSI.

Ths problem occurs because of usb drvier conflict issue with your usb wireless dongle driver. For that go to device manager uninstall all usb drivers then it will automatic install all driver. Then go to control panel->add remove program and features then uninstall your wireleless keyboard and mouse driver then reinstall. Then restart and check. Try to locate the camera driver and do a update also might be a fix download for the Crystal Eye Cam through Acer Or another download site. Another idea would be to get a driver Program which checks all your drivers on the main items like keyboard, web cam , mouse, monitor, graphics the one i use is DriverDetective works great!
