Scroll down using the Volume Key to "wipe data/factory reset" 5. Press HOME Button 6. Scroll down to "Yes - delete all user data" 7. Press the HOME Button At this point the system will do a recovery and hard start, and will be on "reboot system now 8.Press the HOME Button Your system should reboot normally, but you will need to enter all new data, as it has been wiped clean.
not really enough information, however I've had some android screen issues lately. I rebooted it and then uninstalled some of the programs as it was running VERY slow. So far that has seemed to do the trick.
