Hi, I'm from Bangladesh. While taking a picture with my Canon PowerShot A2200 HD PC1585 my hand got slipped and the camera lens collided with my window. Since then the camera cannot roll back it's lens inside or roll out outside. The lens got fixed and because of this, camera is unable to take pictures. But all of it's other functionality like viewing picture taken before the incident, editing them, erasing them etc. are running smooth. How can I fix it?

Did you accidentally press the DISP button on the back of your camera? This manually turns the screen on and off to save batteries. Try pressing this button one more time to see if it turns the screen back on.

Hi there its a chance of sersor damaged. He not able to read the light. Thats why outside image are over exposed. I suggest you visit service center for check or repair the lens sensor.Thanks.
