connect it to the computer and charge 4 round bout 30 min n take it out and hold on wen it comes up it should work again dats wat i did wen dat happened

My Computer, Samsung YPK5, Internal Storage, Music, Highlight the songs you want and right click to CREATE A PLAYLIST. Hope this helps :)

If i start my MP3 samsung yp-K5 i wont start any more and when i plug in with the usb he need software to read my Mp3?

Hi , Use windows media player.Plug your player into your pc using the usb cable provided.Open windows media player , click sync located on the top bar between burn and media guide.A small window should open on the right of the player titled "ypk5" drag your songs onto this list , once all your music is added click the green sync button.your tunes will start to be loaded onto your player.hope this helps

Try to reset the device by pressing down the reset button for about 5 seconds until the device turned off it is located onto the back of the device then try to turn on again the device. Hopes this helps.

you could also go to My Computer.
then click on your Samsung YPK5.
click Internal Storage.
click Music.
then highlight all the music you want, right click, and Create a Playlist :D
