TROUBLE CODE : C-2152 IN KONICA MINOLTA - Konica Minolta PRINTER

C-2152 is a trouble code that may be displayed on some Konica Minolta printers. This code generally indicates a problem with the printer's fusing unit, which is responsible for bonding the toner to the paper.
Possible causes for this error code include:
  • A malfunctioning or damaged fusing unit
  • Toner or toner waste accumulation on the fusing unit
  • A faulty thermostat or temperature sensor in the fusing unit
  • A problem with the power supply to the fusing unit
To troubleshoot and fix this error, you may need to perform the following steps:
  1. Check the fusing unit: Inspect the fusing unit for any visible damage, debris, or toner accumulation. If necessary, clean the unit and check for any loose or damaged components.
  2. Replace the fusing unit: If the fusing unit appears to be damaged or malfunctioning, it may need to be replaced.
  3. Check the power supply: Make sure the printer is properly connected to a working power outlet, and check the power cord for any damage or loose connections.
  4. Check the thermostat and temperature sensor: These components are responsible for regulating the temperature of the fusing unit. If they are faulty, they may cause the C-2152 error code to be displayed.

My samsung clp-325 is displaying door open on my computer and having the red light on

take the toner waste unit out and all cartridges, then take the fusing unit out . turn it to the side and shake all of the waste toner out of the fusing unit( be careful not to bang the fusing units rollers) when this is done blow out the printer and fusing unit( do not put your hands on the fusing unit) and the toner is poisonous , so wear a mask and gloves. the reason the error occurs is because the fusing unit has to much waste toner in it and it can't push it into the waste toner unit, so its getting stuck in the fusing unit and then you get a red light for waste toner unit full when it really isnt full but the fusing unit is. good luck all .hope it helps someone

The outside unit fuse pops after several minuets

You must use a time delay fuse to power unit , and you can try and use the maximum size fuse listed on unit . Also check to see if unit needs cleaning . Note if cold air from vents inside hits thermostat this will cause unit short cycling and blown fuse . Unit should not restart in less than 5 minutes , also check connections in outside unit and fuse holder where fuses blow for bad burned or overheated wires ,

Short Circuit in changing light bulb in KHMS147SS has caused the unit to power completely down. Is there a fuse?

see this causes and fix it. God bless you
First check is the main fuse of the unit. On countertop units, you will need to take the shell off. The fuse will be close to where the cord comes through into the unit. OTR units, this main fuse is usually behind the control panel or possibly behind the vent. Usually the fuse is obvious if blown, otherwise test with an OHM meter, if open, replace fuse.
Some brands will also have a thermal cut-off fuse in the incoming voltage line to the control board. Older Maytags and Samsungs have this fuse in it. This thermostat looking fuse is usually above the oven cavity somewhere under the outside shell. Sometimes you can get to it through the vent of OTR models. Test with an OHM meter, replace if open.

How do I replace the brother fuser?

The fusing unit and the parts around it are hot! Be sure to wait until the fusing unit has cooled down sufficiently before replacing the fusing unit. If you touch the hot parts, you might get injured.
asl4c_u_g038.gif
  1. Turn off the machine's power switch. To avoid injury, wait until the machine has cooled down sufficiently before you replace the fusing unit.

  2. Open the back cover (1) and the scanner unit (2) of the machine.
  3. asl4c_u_g090us.gif
  4. To release the fusing unit from the machine, release the lock levers that are on both sides of the fusing unit.
  5. asl4c_u_g059.gif
  6. Hold the handles on both sides as you take the fusing unit out of the machine.
  7. asl4c_u_g056.gif
  8. Put the new fusing unit into the machine. Be sure to insert the fusing unit completely into the machine.
  9. asl4c_u_g057.gif
  10. Secure the fusing unit with the two lock levers that are on both sides of thefusing unit.
  11. asl4c_u_g058.gif
  12. Move the fusing unit pressure release levers to the Set position.
  13. asl4c_u_g0591.gif
  14. Close the scanner unit and the back cover.

  15. Turn the machine's power switch back on.

  16. Press the Menu/Set key.

  17. Press the up or down navigation key to select Machine Info. and press Menu/Set.

  18. Press the up or down navigation key to select Reset Menu and press Menu/Set.

  19. Press the up or down navigation key to select Fusing Unit and press Menu/Set. The confirmation message appears on the LCD.

  20. Press 1 to reset the life counter.

  21. Caution
Please be careful when replacing the fusing unit. Do not put pressure on the fusing unit; it should go in easily. If it does not, make sure the fusing unit connector is free to move.
Do not apply force! It could damage both the fusing unit and the machine.

Error codes SC548 ricoh mpc3500, how can you solve?

The error means - Fusing unit rotation error.
Check if the fusing unit(right door{hot unit}) ,if it is rotating properly.
There could also be a sensor on the frame or the machine which senses the fusing unit rotation,(the sensor sometimes comes off)(remove the fusing unit and check where the fusing unit is seated).
Also try cleaning the sensor with a blower or brush.
