Check for a broken motor coupler between your motor and transmission. Pull washer away from wall and tilt the back against the wall to look under it. You may find some rubber or hard plastic pieces lying under it. To replace it you have to remove the water pump thats attached to the motor by removing two clips. Then remove the motor in same way. Then you have access to the coupler parts. Remove them with a screwdriver.
Hi this is a bad coupling located between the motor and the transmission, it costs about $10-20, can be accessed by tipping the washer back and getting up underneath you will need to remove the motor, fairly easy job.
If the model number is correct, the Motor Control Unit (MCU) is located in the bottom of the washer on the right hand side (as viewed from the front). You can access the MCU by removing the lower toe panel under the door, or by removing the back panel of the washer.
The access screws for the toe panel are under the bottom front edge of the washer. You may have to prop the two front feet of the washer up for better access (a 2x4 works well for this). With the screws removed, the panel will drop down, then come off.
The removal of the back panel should be self explanatory. Just remove the screws around the entire perimeter of the back panel and remove.
HINT: It may be easier to remove the front and back panels to have full access to the MCU from both sides.

You will have to remove the motor to get access. Easiest way is to start by removing the cabinet. With the cabinet off you will have access to the motor mounting clips which will allow you to remove the motor and install the new motor coupling.

remove lower access
panel. remove the 3 screws securing the pump and remove pump from motor
shaft. The pump should drop low enough that you will not need to remove
the pump hoses. Once the pump is removed, the belt can be installed
around the motor pulley and idler. Replace pump.

the ice motor can be remove from a door just under the ice bin... two screws hold the door . four screws hold the motor in ...remove motor and check it may just be frozen. thaw it out check the seal at it may be let water drip down the shaft...
once you have removed casing,removr two clips that hold pump on and hold pump to one side then two more clips hold the motor on remove them and the motor will come off (undo the motor plug and two wires to motor cap).then you have access to the drive coupling.
you need to pretty much disassemble the whole machine. the top cover comes off, the front panel with door comes off. the drum lifts out to access the motor as it is bolted to the floor.
The usual culprit is the motor-transmission coupler. This is located between the motor and the transmission. You need to remove the pump and then the motor to access it.
