Sounds like the motor cables are in reverse at the controller. Check that the red is in the positive and the black wire is in the negative on the controller.
Most manufacturers consider wiring diagrams like that to be proprietary information and will not release them if the scooter is a current, active model. Make sure that the manual brake/freewheel level is in the drive position and that there are no flashing lights on your controller which can indicate a problem. hi ,I don't have access to the wiring diagram however I worked on most scooters so can I ask what the problem is , has the wiring loom got damaged ? if so please tell me the name of the motor contoller under the seat a blue or black box. I have rewired over 200 scooters so it not a issue. Not one failure.
