When my career completion gets to 9% on need for speed pro street, when i try to load my career it says 'this data is corrupted'. This has happenened twice now at the same point in the career.

The two websites I go to say that there is not an acutual cheat for this game. The cars are all unlocked as you progress but you can unlock certain cars by do doing certain accomplishments.

did you bump the 360 when it was being played? if not then it just might be a data error with the saving.

Enter Career mode. Select the "Secret Code" option at the menu. Enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function.

UNLOCKALLTHINGS - This will unlock the map, more cars (2004 Pontiac GTO, Chevrolet Cobalt SS, Dodge Viper SRT10, and another Nissan 240SX), all of the race days, and stage 4 performance parts.

disc drive needs to be repired

Try using a different memory card. The problem you have could be the card, but it could also be the playstation. The cheapest way to find out is to use a new or borrowed memory card that you know is good.

Play a game for a good while and try to simulate your problem.

If a different card does not have this problem, you know that the playstation console is fine.

If the problem happens again you will need the playsation repaired. That is the bad news. There are no repair centers except for the Sony factory repair center in Mexico that can get parts for these playstations.

That is the way Sony has set this up for the Playstation, I guess it saves them money.
