I purchased a new gate 7/22/13. Mo. 07210 Manufacture Date 12091504 I sent in the warranty card. When installing it we some how messed up the upper and lower latch assembly. Warranty registration information should be provided with the paperwork that came with your TV. If you have lost that, go to the manufacturer's website and look for a link to warranty information or warranty registration. Some manufacturers do not require registration, however, you must have proof of purchase to retain the warranty from the purchase date rather than the date of manufacture.

Generally speaking, most places will honour a warranty if you can show a Proof of Purchase, eg credit card statement, bank statement etc that proves the item is still in warranty. I would therefore suggest that having ascertained the date of purchase, you try the manufacturer's web site first, as the date of manufacture should be determinable by them from the serial number, and this would be another confirmation of the warranty validity. Then try the Vendor as he may have easier access to the manufacturer as a supplier, than you as a consumer.
You may have a problem with the warranty anyway, as it is quite likely that it may not cover damage of this type.

Save receipt for warranty purpose.
Without receipt, the warranty is based on date of manufacture which can be several months, or 1-2-3 years before actual installation.
With reliance, first two digits of serial number are date of manufacture. Second two digits are week of the year.

No. I had a similar problem. Have to have it sent off to be fixed.

If your monitor has an software that came with it, install it. Check your monitor's manufacture website to see if there is a fix for the problem...let's see what else...ah yes, check your graphics card's driver and make sure it's up to date and there aren't any new fixes for it. If the red line persists after this contact your manufacturer to see if your monitor is still under warranty.

Call them. They will accept your word regarding your purchase. I have two that failed exactly the same way. I called 1-800-SAMSUNG and they gave me the choice of an exchange pair sent directly to my house (requiring a temporary credit card deposit) or by having the exchange pair sent to the UPS store where I would swap out my bad units. No receipt. They merely asked me when I purchased it so they could have it for their records. Manufacture dates such as your (March '06) and a purchase of September '06 are not far fetched at all. Got to give credit to Samsung for being so reasonable.

Mo, open the freezer door and look for the model tag. There should be a manufacture date on the tag. The product has a 2 year complete warranty, 5year parts and labor on the sealed system and 5-12 years parts only. The factory number is 800-222-7820 and maybe able to tell you when it was installed, They may walk you through a couple of items to tell you what was happening.

You can register your product, order instruction manuals and replacement parts. They also offer instructional videos, checklists and suggestions for keeping your baby safe. The site asks for the Model #10502, also the manufacture date (show example of where to locate.) I believe the instructions are free.
I order replacements parts in advance for items I can not live without. Living all over the world makes it difficult to get assistance in a timely manner. Also for gates that have permanently mounted hardware, I buy extra sets of mounting hardware. This allows me to move the gate, saving money by not having to purchase multiple gates.
This is not one of those times to "wing-it." Safety gates need to be installed per manufacturer specifications.
