Loosen the carb bowl nut until it begins leaking into the shallow clear glass bowl you placed beneath it. It may take a minute to have drained the water out of the bowl and another minute or so to get some more from the gas tank. With the glass bowl you will be able to see the water in the bottom and gas floating on top of it. When you see the gas on top then tighten the bowl nut and try to crank. (Choking helps draw out water still in carb) Return gas collected. to tank but do not let the water go back in.

i have also cleaned out fuel tank checked for spark and it will run just as long as starting fluid is in carb.i have also cleaned out fuel bowl and taken carb off to clean out any hole with a welders cleaner tip any help here?
