there's nothing to be change in your watch. most of watch brands is like yours but there are some watch brand that are selling perpetual calendar watch that you don't have to change every end of the month or even in leap year. if you want that, just look for the "PERPETUAL CALENDAR". Mcdevito75 here, The stem on your Timex shou;ld have two (2) positions, slip a finger nail just under the crown and gently lift to the first position, it may take a little practice to get but you will. In this first position you"ll see by turning the crown one way you can change the date (number) and turning in the other direction you can change the month or day, if so, set the day and date to one (1) day before the day and date you want. Push the stem back in and lift the stem all the way to set the time of day, now cycle thru the watches 24 hours to set the day and date you want. Your Timex is now set and will change at the proper time of around midnite. If your Timex has the month and day you may have to cycle the 24 hours to reach the correct month other than that these instructions should help.
mcdevito75 here, The stem has 2 positions, first adjust the day or month by going thru the 24 hour cycle with the stem. once set, slip a finger nail just ubder the stem and lift carefully this should allow you to change the DATE adjust to 1 date before the date you need, now pull the stem out to adjust date and time of day turn sten the complete 24 hour cycle to achieve the correct date and time of day. Now your watches day and date are set and will change to the next day date on time, around Mid nite 1 --2 AM.
mcdevito75 here, The month you mean the date (number of the day in the month) your Seiko should show the day / date Here"s how.--- To change the day (Monday, Tues. etc) simply pull out the stem and turn the hands around until you reach the day, now push the stem in all the way, and gently slip your fingernail under the stem and gently lift the stem to it"s first notch or position, Seiko watches have a 2 position stem to make changeing the date, (number) easy so you don"t have to keep turning the hands around and around, with the stem out to it"s first notch or position simply turn the stem either toward you or away to change the date, (number) when done push the stem back in and your done.
In most cases the winder has 2 positions, mcdevito 75 here, pull the stem out very carefully to it's first position, this should allow you to change the DATE (number) by turning the stem eithe toward you or away, once you get the Date, pull the stem out to it"s 2 nd position and turn the hands until you get the correct day. mcdevito 75
The day is changed when the watch passes midnight or thereabouts. Turn the winder until the date changes and then turn it backwards until it is past the date changing point and wind it forwards.
You will have to experiment to find how far back you need to turn it before going forwards again.
