You must have its remote control to make it to factory reset. If you wish to buy its original remote control, contact the authorized service centre, or authorized dealer to your device brand. They can either give you a genuine remote control to your device, or can direct you, from where can you purchase a suitable one.
If you have the remote control, just enter its service mode; surf through and select the 'Factory Reset' option, and press OK.

If there is a menu button on the TV then you can, but if it isnt working on your remote then there must be a problem with the remote. I'd be very willing to bet you have a defective HDMI cord and the wire for the vertical sync has broken. Try a new cord and I bet you'll be golden.

I'm not certain of the specific model number of your set, but this should be the same for all Sharp Aquos models.

First, navigate to TV input, and select menu
Next, enter setup and select, "ez setup"
In the ez setup menu, select "home", not "store", for television location.

This should turn off the demo mode and solve your issue.

Sharp Aquos LC-32L450M - i have recently baught this LCD, but I think the 'mpx' ie the multiplex sound is not working. there is this 'mpx' button on the remote, but wen i press it nothing really happens. in the manual its only written in one line "mpx- multiplex sound" . please any one can help me ..I m really not happy wit the sound right now. paid so much & no good sound its bit irritating please any one help.. wats the problem

Check to make sure you have the speakers tuned on in the setup menu, and you are not in sap.

Turn off the TV by pressing POWER on the TV.
After waiting for about 1 minute, press and hold down RESET and press POWER on the TV to turn on the

They have the LC32D44E manuals, but not the "BK" at the end. I think the "BK" just means BLACK.
But, I think it will work for your TV.
