You will need to back up all the memory on your phone first and then try the default unlock code 1-2-3-4-5. If this doesn't work do not attempt it again as a number of failed attempts will lock you out. Try this procedure - Ensure the phone is off, then hold the on/off button+3+* (asterisk key) at the same time. Fingers crossed it will turn back on and the security code will be waiting to be reset.
