We have an Avaya 5410 phone system we just installed ourselves. The lines are set up in a hunt group and we need to transfer all of the lines to the answering services in the evening and re-forward them back here in the morning. I have tried *07 and the number. I have also tried *50 and before I input the number it tells me "Incompatible". I'm not sure what to do, could you please assist me?

I have a digital system. I noticed on the short cut list there are "X"s next to the short cut keys but in the system the do indicate a "Check Mark". Is there a way to enable the short cuts?
